After using Liquid Web cloud VPS for a while now, I can honestly say it's one of the better hosting providers I've come across. The performance has been really consistent, with fast load times and reliable uptime. No unexpected outages messing up my work. What really makes them stand out though is their support team. Every time I've reached out, they respond fast and actually know what they're talking about. Makes a huge difference.

As a Linux Admin I get hardware failure better than most people. When the OPS team got called in, they handled the situation perfectly. I didn't even have to do a restore myself. That's the kind of service you want.

The support I've gotten has been fast and really effective every single time. Always friendly and smooth treatment, no attitude or anything. Just good help.

I've been a customer of Liquid Web for as long as I can remember. There aren't many companies out there anymore where you can actually talk to a real person for support. Thank you for keeping that alive.

Support seems to be getting better since my last review about overseas support centers. I usually get a guy named Andrew now who's based in America and really goes out of his way. Doesn't paste robotic scripts, actually helps. There are now two guys here that I feel literally keep this company afloat. Don't get rid of your American staff. Thanks for all the help you gave me Andrew, really appreciate it.

Every support experience with Liquid Web is resolved in a timely manner with respect. Some of the things I put in support tickets for are probably easy-peasy to others, but my most recent experience was having domain settings I purchased through them changed to point to my blogger site. Easy-peasy for someone else. I sent the error I was getting and they just took care of it for me. I used to have all my web stuff at a different company but they never treated me as good as Liquid Web does. I'm a person to them, and that's beautiful!

Had ongoing issues for over 3 months that kept getting ignored. Techs never answered the questions I posed and just refused to fully fix or even engage with the problems. I did all the troubleshooting work myself only to get generic responses showing the techs never even read the ticket. After 3 months it was making us reconsider Liquid Web. Update on the LW Response: They said they identified and resolved false-positive LVE cgroup cleanup warnings from a known CloudLinux issue by restarting LVE services, and that the system remained stable during monitoring. They appreciated my patience and feedback and committed to reviewing the case. But honestly, they didn't fix it, it was still happening and techs just told me to ignore it or raise LVE cage limits. Wouldn't correct it. Their Fully Managed VPS jargon felt like hype. They did nothing to fix it. I provided all the logs and did the leg work, and they spent more time here on Trustpilot trying to look good than fixing the actual VPS issues. If they want to impress me, just Fully Manage your VPS and fix the issues you acknowledge exist. This ended well though, with more probing we got the correct answers all around. Thank you.

Thus far, LiquidWeb is the best hosting company I've used. They're a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. I have a VPS server and both of my sites went up quickly with no glitches. Great tech service and nice people who work there. They're certainly worth it. I went through about 4 or 5 hosting companies before this and they were all terrible until I found Liquid Web.

LW is an amazing company with great datacenters, and honestly the best support I've seen in my 30 years being in the hosting business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I've been with Liquid Web for many years. Their tech people are smart and capable, they can solve pretty much any problem I send their way with my hosting. They went above and beyond when I switched from shared to dedicated hosting, which let me offer more to my own customers.

The support team is good and was able to sort out the issue. It took a while, but we got it done in the end. Answers to questions and decisions were prompt and handled by multiple techs on the team. Thank you for sorting it out!

Today was a normal day for our relationship with LW. We had a problem pop up on our websites. When we contacted support, they stayed with us through the troubleshooting, no putting us on hold, no callbacks. The issue escalated and as soon as Jesse Martinez hopped on, he fixed it instantly! All 19 of our websites were back up. He saved us from a lot of future problems by fixing it so fast.
