I spent five hours trying to get a problem fixed. The first agent who helped me wasn't helpful at all—he took over 30 minutes each time to answer questions he had asked me, and they were mostly one-line responses. Miss Hosting called me without saying it was a sales call. Instead of being honest, they tried to make it seem like they were just making 'small updates' to an existing service. This is a classic trick to get you to agree to new services without realizing it's a sales pitch. To make things worse, many of the positive reviews on Trustpilot look suspicious and might be as misleading as the company's sales approach. Don't assume those good reviews are from real customers. If you care about honesty and transparency, I strongly suggest avoiding Miss Hosting.
