Ben was a huge help fixing what I thought was an impossible problem. My old email of 6 years went under, and he helped me get back into my NameSilo account without it, and got my account running again. Awesome job!

Tried to activate an SSL certificate I bought back in July today. Couldn't do it then, got busy with work and forgot.

Today I tried again and realized maybe my ISP was blocking ports 80/443. I usually use DNS verification anyway. Contacted support, they responded super quick, told me to email the CSR, guided me to add a CNAME record, and sent me the certificate. Got it updated now.

Really grateful, it was a very smooth experience.
