Most domain registrars are like giant robots, you never get to talk to anyone competent. Miles at Namesilo is the complete opposite. Human, super fast, super competent. He walked me through exactly what I needed and even explained why my issue was happening. Awesome.

Leonid did a tremendous job helping me solve a problem I never thought was possible. I badly needed my access back because I made an error updating my email address, had a typo. Leonid pointed that out and gave me temporary access so I could fix it. Word of warning: double, triple check and proofread your info! The automated system will send codes to the wrong email. But thanks to Leonid, now everything works and I'm a happy camper ;)

Forgive my English, but here's my real experience: 1st, I've been a Namesilo user for over 12 years! Since about 2013 I try to use IT services from outside my country. I came to Namesilo (GoDaddy had too many ads). 2nd, I have lots of accounts and company domains from Namesilo, every time my clients want to register a domain, I kind of force them to use Namesilo. 3rd, today's story: Gemini and Grok gave me wrong or outdated help for transferring domains from an old Gmail account to a new one. It was really hard because I used Google account authentication. But finally with help from Customer Service Agent Nii, I made it. Happy to be done. I will always be a fan of Namesilo.
