Auth code not working, no response from support
Dear NameSilo Support Team, I'm following up on an unresolved issue transferring my domain from Namecheap. I paid, but the transfer failed because your system said the Auth code was invalid. Namecheap confirmed the code is valid and even gave a new one. Still the same error. Namecheap says it's on your end and advised me to ask you to check manually. I've contacted your support multiple times and gotten no response. This lack of communication is really disappointing and is delaying my transfer.

From great to absolutely awful
It's so sad. I was a happy Namesilo customer for over 10 years, but something happened this year. It's now literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. Both the AI bot and human support are totally incompetent. Clearly written, specific questions get misunderstood, even by the humans. Restating doesn't help. When I finally get answers to what I asked, half the time they're wrong. And that's only if I get an answer at all. Ask for help in chat, including with a human, and they say we'll get back to you by email but they never do. Save your time and money and avoid this company.

Registrar used for fraud, they protect offenders
This domain registrar is being used for fraudulent activities, including publishing personal content without consent. Despite multiple complaints, the company refuses to take any action and protects the offenders. Extremely disappointing unprofessional and unethical behavior. I strongly advise others to stay away.
