Network Solutions Review

Terrible customer service and policies. Do not recommend them. Two charges for my account, one for domain and one for email service. A year ago they were able to charge our credit card for email services but for some reason not domain services. Result, lost our domain, found out when our email accounts no longer worked. Called and said no point in continuing email services without associate domain. One year later they charged us for email services. Didn’t find out until bill came, because email addresses no longer valid. Called and requested refund for services that I can’t use and should have been canceled. Supervisor: “It’s been 30 days since the charge was made. We can not refund anything after 30 days.” Stuck on the policy and not the situation. Hundreds of dollars, gone.

Gerwin helped me through a really stressful return situation and made everything calm again. I was super impressed with how clearly he understood my problem and how fast he fixed it. This is honestly how all customer service should be.

It was pretty simple, I just wanted them to copy my old website from another company because I didn't want to deal with them anymore after they tried to take control of my site.
They did a perfect job replicating it. A few phone calls and it was done super fast, way quicker than they said it would be.

Is Network Solutions and all its customers aware of this phishing scam coming from @networksolutionsemail.com? I was with Register.com forever until they got sold to Network Solutions. Since the move, I started getting these phishing emails from support @ networksolutionsemail.com - it looks real, has the logo and everything but it's fake. Everyone should be careful and hopefully a big company like Network Solutions can do something about this.

What made my experience so good was how easy it was to get help from an actual Network Solutions agent. They were easy to reach, super efficient, and they fixed my issues in a really professional way. I'd definitely recommend this company to others.

Everything got fixed smoothly and I'm really happy with Network Solutions support, especially since I don't know anything about domains.

The person who was supposed to help me set up my professional email on Nov 11, 2025, took so many hours and wasted my time. After all that, my email still wasn't working. Then he tried to push me to connect with an email specialist for $72, which I refused. Later that day, another assistant helped me but I still hate that it takes so long to add a professional email to another mailbox like Yahoo or Google. Simplicity is key, and Network Solutions isn't very good at finding simple solutions, I'm afraid.

The live rep was really helpful and polite. She fixed my issue and definitely deserves a 5 star review!

Fantastic support from Tiffany for my domain question. She helped me over chat really quickly - it's rare to get such a good agent and service via chat these days so Tiffany and Network Solutions are really standing out here.

I had reached the point where I just didn't want to call Professional Services or customer service anymore because it always took forever. But not anymore. I called NS Pro Services and even their AI Bot was efficient. I had so many questions as a newcomer to all this. J was patient and knew his stuff. I ended the call feeling great that everything was corrected and published. J stayed on the line with me to fix the issues I couldn't handle and helped me with the ones I could. This isn't my first time getting excellent help, but it had been a while since I only work weekends to update my site and Pro Services isn't open then. I recommend this new Network Solutions now that all their companies are together.

I got an email saying I needed to confirm my domain name or my email would be suspended. I had trouble doing it and I made the mistake of clicking a link in the email. When I contacted Network Solutions they told me it was a scam and I had fallen for it. They told me to secure my account with new passwords and two-factor authentication. The representative helped me in just a short time and fixed my problem. I was really happy with my contact with Network Solutions.

The Customer Service Reps I talked with over the past 3 days to update my domain primary contact and fix a glitch with Domain Forwarding were exceptional. Both representatives were helpful, knew their stuff, and were very patient when helping me.

Last week I called your support center and got connected with Kimberly R. She let me explain my problem, which seemed complicated to me. She helped me like nobody has before. Her voice was easy to hear; there was NO background talking or noise. I could hear her perfectly even though I'm in my early 80s, unlike so many call centers that have lots of background noise. Kimberly walked me through my problems and made it VERY clear that everything would be taken care of. She was kind enough to follow up by email to tell me what was happening and even gave me time frames for when it should be fixed. Everything turned out perfect and I couldn't be happier with her service. If I had to rate Kimberly from 1 to 100, she easily gets 100. Good service is so important these days but hard to find. Kimberly is in a class of her own and deserves praise for her skills. I hope if I ever need help again, I get her or someone as great as she is. She's truly one of a kind.
