Annoying search result issue
Nothing worse than typing in GoDaddy and clicking on the first link, typing in your password getting denied just to find out some random company paid to be in front of the company you actually searched for.

My experience was great, unlike some reviews
I saw some reviews saying Networksoultions has bad customer service, but my experience today was awesome. I had two questions and the chatbot connected me to a live agent who was really helpful and fixed my issues in under 5 minutes. It was very easy and now I feel confident using the chat again if I have any more problems.
Anusha fixed my problem quickly
Anusha handled my concerns right away. I just wanted to switch my credit card. The switch actually worked but your website screen doesn't show any confirmation that the change was made, which is why I started a chat. The chat was great, but it would have been unnecessary if your screen just showed a simple confirmation that the change went through. A little banner says it's 'processing' the change and then it just vanishes without showing anything changed.
They fixed my problem without any stress
I had a really good experience with Network Solutions support today. They were very patient and helpful, they helped me get a refund for a domain renewal I didn't plan for, and they turned off the auto-renewal so I wouldn't get charged again. I really appreciated how professional and understanding they were!
They shut down my business email without warning
They shut down my business email and I can't even find the emails anywhere now. I can't set up an account with them or get any proper introduction about what to do with google emails. Before shutting down a business service they should communicate properly and inform people. We never bought google emails from them but suddenly, they just shut it down and we found out they were handling our account. They need to give clear instructions and guidance to support customers who were with google for so many years without any issues. If there was a problem it's probably because the client doesn't know who Network Solution is. Shutting them down and forcing clients to call them is not a good way to handle things.
I don't need support often, but when I do they're great
I rarely have to use customer support, but every single time I've needed help they have fixed my issue quickly and clearly. They are always polite and respectful.

"Monique J" was as professional and courteous as anyone could be: She helped find and fix a small problem that was actually very important for a website launch. She worked on it for almost 3 hours(!) and she never gave up or complained. NetSol should try to find more people like her.

I would not recommend Network Solutions
I would not recommend Network Solutions. Their prices are misleading and not shown clearly. The initial cost they show for a domain looks okay, but once you go ahead, you find extra charges you didn't expect, automatic renewals at much higher prices, and services already selected that you never agreed to. I only found out about these extra costs after I was billed, and customer support wasn't helpful in explaining them or giving my money back. Most other domain companies (like GoDaddy or Google Domains) are completely clear about their prices and renewals, but Network Solutions is not. It feels like they take advantage of customers who think the price they see first is the final price. I'd strongly suggest checking every single charge before buying, or even better, use a registrar that is honest about pricing.

I got prompt and polite service from Customer Support whether I talked directly with a representative or used the chat. The account information is very easy to find your way around and it's organized very clearly. I would highly recommend them!
My account was suspended
My account was suspended, I don't know why even though my card was charged.... I sent 2 emails over a week ago and got no reply. This is not very professional.

Very unprofessional behavior
I tried to transfer two domains, one transfer failed and they said the payment won't be refunded. The other domain is still being transferred, I'm not sure what to think. This is unprofessional.

They will never stop charging you
Their billing was tricky and they were overcharging me a lot. I decided to move to GoDaddy. It took me forever to get them to let the domains go. Then they kept automatically billing me. It took about 3 different chat sessions to get them to remove the auto renewal. Then they did it again the next month and again the month after that. They are terrible with billing.
