The person I talked to, Jaree, was polite, knew what she was doing, and was helpful.

The customer service on the chat was good, but they are quite pushy and always trying to sell you more. I needed the chat because they decided to renew one of my services for two years without me asking, so I can only give 4/5.

Earl was very professional, he acted quickly and got straight to the point. The communication was clear and he gave me all the details I needed about the subject.

Network Solutions is always very helpful. They help me fix any issues I have quickly!

I recently had some problems accessing media I had uploaded before and managing new media on my website that I built on Domain.com's Website Builder before it moved to Network Solutions. I wanted to move a domain name that I have registered at Network Solutions to a different hosting platform. The person who helped me did not try to pressure me into staying. They were efficient and helpful in getting me the information I needed.

I'm not sure who owned Domain.com but network solutions is trying to do better than domain did. At least with Network solutions I was able to chat via messenger to figure out my DNS issue. I talked with Prateeka today. And I'm not sure if they were a real person or not, but they were very helpful in explaining what DNS was and actually setting up the googlework space for me. I'll know in 4-6 hours if it actually worked.

I made a mistake and placed an order by accident. It was 100% my fault and the customer service agent helping me fixed my problem with patience and was very courteous. Because of this good experience, I would do business with this company again in the future. Thank you!
