The customer service was awesome, but the website unfortunately was not very, very easy for a beginner to use lol meaning I absolutely am not knowledgeable on websites, website building, business or anything like it. I'm a housekeeper lol and they kept hitting me with more and more things that kept costing money. I wish they could have used simpler, less technical words too. Thank you though. It's a good company but just not for me.
