Nexcess Review

Update: Bumped my rating after their team quickly stepped in to help. I signed up for a Nexcess plan at $9.60 a month in June 2025, but got hit with a $141.60 charge, including a $132 fee I didn’t agree to or see coming. No heads-up, no explanation, just a shock to my wallet. I disputed the extra $132 with support, not the base plan. It’s frustrating when pricing isn’t clear, and this felt like a trust issue. If you’re looking at Nexcess, double-check their billing. You might end up paying way more than you planned without warning.
