I received very fast help. They handled my ticket during the weekend, which was very important to me. My issue about the domain was solved straight away. I am very happy with the speed and quality of service.

I rented a dedicated server, excellent! Good internet, uptime, and the price/quality ratio is excellent compared to other providers. Even the standard support is good, I had an incident on the server recently, ovhcloud noticed it, I got an email right away that a technician was on their way to check the server, never had such good support before. Thank you OVH and I definitely recommend them!

Very good reply to my billing problem: I had paid by bank transfer and OVH did what was needed to link my transfer to the invoice to pay. I'm not giving 5 stars because I think the time (1 week) could be better.

I want to highlight the exceptional quality of the service I recently received on my tickets #12890580 and #12956782. The support team was remarkably reactive and handled my requests with a lot of professionalism. What really struck me was the friendliness and availability of the agents - a truly human approach that's different from the ordinary. I don't know if it's specific to the US/CA region, but this experience totally exceeded my expectations. For someone not used to this level of service from OVH, it's a very nice surprise. Keep it up, you have a great team! I recommend without hesitation.

I had an issue logging into my OVH Cloud account. I contacted them through their FB page, and a super operator named Maxime R. guided me through the whole account login recovery process, as well as the security codes. Honestly, Double Thumbs Up!!!
