they have behaved very well helping me with a failure I had leaving automatic renewals on domains that at this moment due to life circumstances I was unable to afford.. apart from very good technical service they have a humanity that stands out, in this time where AIs pretend to replace almost all the human part of post-sale management or technical service.. it's nice to know there are people with heart on the other side when you have problems that don't come up in the forms.

I've had a VPS server with OVH for the past 5+ years and a dedicated server before. The dashboard is a bit odd, but it has all the functionality I've needed & it has worked reliably for the full period. I've been happy with the service and overall performance, and customer service has been quick to access and helpful any time I've needed to reach out. I can easily recommend it.

I contacted support via Twitter (@ovh_support_fr; I spoke to LaïM), for a billing problem, and they are effective. Good thing, because I didn't find any other way to contact them, the official support site made me go round in circles with no possibility of dialogue (maybe because it was impossible for me to log in without solving the problem for which I needed support).

I am using OVH from last 5 years, It always provided the great VPS service as per my need at very good deal price. OVH services are priced so well that none of the competitor can come near to it.
