It's a really user-friendly website builder, very easy to use.

Great service. Pressable support gives reliable help and good guidance.

Pressable is awesome. They have fast delivery with simple setup.

They respond quickly even during off-peak times or on the weekend.

The admin interface is frustratingly slow. The integration with Automattic for Agencies is confusing.

The support people are friendly, but too often they don't fully understand the technical details of what I'm asking.
The APM insights and caching are helpful. But the caching documentation and insights could be better.

I've been using managed dedicated server hosting for over 10 years, and we recently moved all our client sites to InMotion hosting.

For one client who uses WooCommerce to sell one-time-use digital license keys, we chose to move them to Pressable. We wanted to learn more about Pressable while making sure the site stayed up. The Pressable team handled the site migration, testing, updating to php 8.x, and made sure all WooCommerce orders were synced at the exact moment we went live.

I'm happy to say the site hasn't gone offline at all, support has been great, website speed is as promised, and everything is running perfectly!

Selecting attributes is not easy. There is no apply in selection. To group them and change the value I need. Export import is very helpful, I am a beginner. When I finish creating the page, I can tell more. But I am very happy that pages like yours exist. Thank you.

The hosting product is high quality and has great features, one of which is direct access to WordPress.

The customer service is truly super. Outstanding is the best word. Available 24/7, they know their stuff, are helpful and polite. Above and beyond what's normal these days. Nowadays, so many companies, especially online ones, have terrible customer service. Sometimes these other companies don't even have a customer service option - it's just 'sales'.

When possible, I leave companies with bad service. Pressable is not like that. Pressable's customer service people (and the bot) are available. Every single actual person has been very helpful and polite. And honestly, your service bot does a pretty good job. I've found the people to be even better, but your bot is polite, will give multiple options if one thing doesn't work, and offers a real person.

I tell anyone who might be interested about Pressable. I hope this fantastic service and quality product continues!

I migrated from Hostinger to pressable for speed and because it's a WordPress specific host.
But the benefit so far hasn't been enough to make the move feel worth it... let's see if that changes with time...

While I was completely dissatisfied with the WooCommerce/WordPress copycat customer service/developer company, every single Pressable employee was excellent. Even though they knew I wanted to cancel, they were professional, helpful and respectful. That's huge!!!

It was easy to get started migrating from a different WordPress provider.

We got good support when starting, and Pressable gave good answers to our many questions. You do have to use chat to get support, and there's usually a delay of a few minutes before you get a chat response. Once you get a response, there's good follow up and they see things through.

We liked that Pressable uses WordPress expertise from WordPress since they're part of the WordPress.com family. JetPack is provided for free. After a month we decided to buy the yearly plan.

There was a bit of a learning curve for me at first. It took some time to get used to how WordPress works on Pressable and to figure out the Elementor page builder.

I also ran into a small hiccup when trying to connect my own domain name to my Pressable site, but thankfully it's all sorted out now. I needed some time to re-familiarize myself with building a site using blocks, but I got there in the end.

Getting everything set up was surprisingly straightforward. I found all the essential features I needed were available and worked together seamlessly.

The performance has been really strong and reliable so far. I'd definitely suggest Pressable if you're looking for reliable hosting for your WordPress sites.

I’m in the middle of moving over 200 sites to Pressable from another hosting company I used to rave about. They were great once, but their support has gone downhill, and I just couldn’t stick around for that.

Pressable, on the other hand, is killing it with their support; it’s genuinely incredible and a huge reason I’m making the switch.

I was a bit nervous about jumping to a new host, expecting a steep learning curve, but Pressable has made everything so much smoother than I could’ve imagined. I’ve been building websites for over 15 years and have tried just about every hosting provider out there, each with its strengths, but Pressable is in a league of its own.

Setting up my website was quick, and Pressable offers great flexibility for customizing the website. The pricing is also quite affordable.

Phill has been a huge help in migrating over 30 websites for us. Without his assistance, the time it would have taken to complete the migration would have been almost unmanageable.

He’s also been instrumental in setting up caching and handling any web rules we couldn’t migrate automatically.

My WooCommerce stores previously struggled on a budget server, resulting in slow load times and frequent errors. After switching to Pressable, the performance improved significantly, and the service has been outstanding.

However, be aware that additional costs can accumulate quickly. Basic services such as email and automatic updates incur extra fees, making the overall cost expensive.

I've opted not to purchase these extras, so while my website runs smoothly, I miss some standard features from my previous provider. I'm considering using a separate service like Google Workspace for professional email since I'm used to Gmail's interface.
