Ottima e sicura.

Shopify is an impressive software with a lot of functionalities for a reasonable price. You can add features through apps and overall the system works very well and helps us run our business.

Two things could be improved though: the customer support is absolutely terrible and has gotten a lot worse over the years. Secondly, the file management system is basically non-existent and could be improved a lot in my opinion.

I spent a week trying to set up a store on some other service (L.S.) and it was a failure. It took me just a few hours on Shopify to go from never-used-it-before to store-active-payments-accepted.

You can call the support agents to help you develop your dropshipping website and they do it, and I'm very satisfied about using this platform for growing my business with e-Commerce has been a real Job. La majorité des boutiques Shopify sont de vrais entrepreneurs sérieux et performants. Mais les boutiques frauduleuses qui vendent des produits chinois à prix élevé ou des offres miracles et qui disparaissent en 2 mois, il y en a et ils disparaissent rapidement...

Ich möchte an dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an den Shopify-Support aussprechen.
Durch ein Missverständnis war ich plötzlich in einem teureren Jahresplan gelandet, den ich eigentlich gar nicht upgraden wollte. Ich hatte mich schon damit abgefunden, die volle Summe zu zahlen – aber dann hat der Support (speziell ein Mitarbeiter namens Ivan und sein Team) noch einmal nachgehakt.

Zu meiner völligen Überraschung habe ich eine großzügige Rückerstattung erhalten. Das ist alles andere als selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie kundenorientiert Shopify arbeitet.

Für mich als kleine Unternehmerin, die jeden Euro sehr genau kalkulieren muss, ist das ein riesiger Unterschied. Und es gibt mir das gute Gefühl, bei einer Plattform zu sein, die nicht nur professionell, sondern auch menschlich handelt.

Danke Shopify, das war ganz große Klasse! 💚

Altid God kundeservice, hvis det lykkes at komme om fra AI chatbot til menneske, så gør de hvad de kan for at løse dine udfordringer. Jeg har brugt shopify længe. En ting jeg vil gøre jer opmærksom på er, pas på med at installere for mange apps i shopify, da mange af dem er gratis de første 14 dage og derefter betaler du månedligt. I stedet kan i faktisk købe themes som indeholder diverse funktioner som du ellers også kan finde via shopify apps men betaler månedligt. Det gør du ikke hvis theme allerede indeholder de funktioner. Så et råd herfra til de nye. Pas på med at installere for mange app's.

Derudover så ved jeg YouTube får det til at se meget simpelt ud. Der er intet der er let i denne verden, men shopify fungerer altså ganske udemærket hvis man altså gider bruge tid på at sætte sig ordentligt ind i det.

Les frais sont chers mais ça reste la meilleure option pour les vendeurs en ligne.

Shopify ist für mich die günstigste Möglichkeit einen professionellen Shop aufzubauen. Natürlich kosten die Module extra Geld, aber Eigenentwicklungen würden deutlich mehr Kosten verursachen.

Not so bad at all, I made my shop around a year ago and it works really good.

Very glad I made the switch to Shopify. It's a little more expensive but the functionality is amazing if you want to grow. App add-on costs can build but it's worth it for the right apps.
I find the customer service very supportive too. Thank you Shopify.

Mi hanno contattato e sono riuscito a cancellarmi, ringrazio l'assistenza, molto gentili e cordiali. Il problema di questo sito è che lo dovrebbero semplificare dell'80%, di tutte le cose scritte per aiutare gli utenti si potrebbero togliere, creano solo confusione e le persone diventano cattive, nervose e vanno in confusione; questo è il motivo che tanta gente ne parla male. Io ero uno di quelli ma mi sono ravveduto.

We just processed our 10,000th Order through Shopify. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but we love it. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, but it is very powerful, and I have been doing this for 4 years. I am always learning and implementing new things to make it better.

It can be confusing, very confusing, but my experience with almost every issue with support has been positive. Are there things I wish I could do? I can't, yes, probably, but most of that is on me for one of two reasons:
1.) I'm not smart enough to figure it out or even ask the right questions, or 2.) I don't want to pay someone or for an app to make it work when there is a solution.

The one thing new users need to understand is that it is very powerful, and you need to walk before you run. There are a ton of add-on apps to help you, but they can slowly and sneakily drain your profits. The hardest thing for me to master, and I still haven't, is Shipping. I sell luggage and ship what is basically large empty boxes. Getting the shipping correct is an issue I have yet to conquer.

Lastly let me say my store is far from perfect, and isn't all that I want it to be... But it works for us... with nearly $700,000 in sales both online and in our store front... we are doing ok...
