A simple, easy and cheap way to get started selling products online, and the support has been amazing.

As a seller, it’s brilliant and life changing. We could never have gone online eCommerce without them. As a small business we had quotes from $25k to $40k which meant we never did go online until Shopify came along.

Great App I use it 1 year and I'm happy with this experience.

Shopify are at end of the day no better than scammers.

Shopify is very good if you manufacture and ship your own products! However, the dropshipping model is not a viable solution. I have researched dozens of suppliers, and none of them actually ship from the US, and the 1-2 suppliers that do have very high markups! Most of the dropshipping suppliers have a high level of complaints! There is a reason why Shopify has a 95% fail rate! Dropshipping is simply not a viable solution anymore! If you thought you were going to sign up and start making $1000/day dropshipping, then you have been watching way too many of those FAKE YouTube dropshipping videos. If you use Shopify for dropshipping, then your Shopify account is at risk of being closed, and this is because dropshipping is considered high-risk.

Stole from my card 384Euro but after a few times of talking with customer service, the money came back.

I had a problem with my Shopify store yesterday (Likely my fault) and Ren set up all of my collections correctly which took some time to do.
It saved me so much time, money and hair as I was pulling it all out trying to figure what to do :)
I Really Appreciated Ren's help and her going the extra mile to sort out my problem.
For all of you who don't know how to get a person to help, all you need to do is tell the AI "I want to speak to a person" and it will take you to a live agent.

Mi trovo molto bene, avendo lavorato anche su ambienti più “dispendiosi”.

Ordinato sotto Natale il panettone Vergani, oggetto di dono da parte dell'azienda Eni pleniture, pagato solo il trasporto; ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi previsti con BRT, impossibile riceverlo prima di Natale, ma in tempo per il Capodanno, mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatto!

Ik lees hier veel slechte reviews, maar ik denk dat deze mensen niet goed begrijpen wat Shopify doet. Shopify is een platform waar je jouw webshop/site op kunt bouwen en hosten. Net zoals bijvoorbeeld WordPress, maar dan vele malen gebruiksvriendelijker. Met andere woorden: het feit dat bedrijven via Shopify hun webshop bouwen en vervolgens hun producten niet opsturen / consumenten oplichten is Shopify niet direct aan te rekenen.
Wij hebben als e-commerce newbies vorig jaar onze webshop gebouwd en opgeschaald met Shopify en zijn hier zeer tevreden over. De UX is echt heel erg gebruiksvriendelijk en je kunt heel snel en eenvoudig zelf wijzigingen doorvoeren. Er zijn heel veel tutorials en voorbeelden beschikbaar, die je helpen om een prachtige en goedwerkende webshop te bouwen. En als dit niet lukt is er een super snelle en erg kwalitatieve Customer Service (via chat) te bereiken. Wij zijn super blij dat we voor Shopify hebben gekozen vs. WordPress oid. Wat ook erg fijn is, zijn de vele (gratis of betaalde) plug-ins die je kunt koppelen aan je shop, voor extra features. Zoals bijvoorbeeld Upsell of Review plug-ins. Je hoeft dus niemand in te huren om te coderen, maar dit kun je zelf installeren en het werkt binnen een paar minuten. Echt top en dit heeft ons zeker geholpen om de webshop op te schalen!

Après avoir fait un achat sur le site Autry Officiel de 89,90€ je suis toujours en attente de ma livraison et après avoir fouillé sur le net c’est soit disant un site de « réplique de basket » qui je pense n’existe pas car mes mails restent sans réponses. A Fuir.

Das Erlebnis mit Shopify als Verkäufer ist vorerstmal wunderbar. Der Blick auf meinen Umsatz ebenfalls. Die meisten Bewertungen die ich hier sehe sind von empörten Kunden die einfach nur "Powered by Shopify" gesehen haben und somit Shopify schlecht bewertet haben und nicht die Website an sich. Bis jetzt klappt alles bei mir, hoffen wir mal das das so bleibt.

Oof. Seems I'm in the minority here, but I love Shopify. I've been doing ecommerce for 20+ years, and this is by far the best store platform to start on and scale.

While I agree with reviewers that they should bring back easier support contact methods, I do want to mention that their reviews do not reflect who they are and what they do for small business. If you are looking to start an ecommerce business, Shopify is hands down the best. I would need to write a book, not a review, to go over all the wonderful reasons why you should have a store with them. If they allow me to, they will be the backbone of my store forever.

Good solution for ecomm! Support usually takes a long time to respond.

It's the best platform for e-com by a mile. I don't know what anybody has to complain about. You get out what you put in. It's so stable, and apps are incredible for small to enterprise-sized businesses. The fees are reasonable, and I can not fault them. Well recommended.

They are the best ecommerce platform out there. They are also expensive (much more than WooCommerce), but a great mix of stable and extensible (aside from the checkout page).
