Finding domain names is simple and fast. It's perfect for people wanting to buy, but after you buy, it gets a little confusing. I wish the interface for managing your domains was easier to find. I always have to search around to get to the domain manager page, and then search more to find where to edit DNS records.

I had some trouble connecting my domain to the WordPress installation on the EasyWP option, but after a few fixes the problem was sorted out.
Got off to a bumpy start but now I'm happy
It was a little rough at the beginning, but I've really gotten comfortable with Spaceship now. The AI helper doesn't always understand what you want, and the website layout felt confusing to me at first. But the uptime has been great, the new iPhone app for SpaceMail is awesome, and getting free SSL renewed is so much better than other companies I used before. Those old platforms felt slow and only cared about yearly charges, but Spaceship actually seems to be improving. I'd say switch to them.
Great hosting, but too many separate subscriptions
I've been with Spaceship since March 2024 for a few domains, WordPress hosting, and emails on my own domain. Everything feels modern and works perfectly.
It also works with Softaculous which gives you lots of extra apps besides WordPress.
My only small complaints are: some features are free only the first year, and you have to pay for SSL each year separately. I'd really prefer one complete package with hosting, emails, and SSL together instead of managing a bunch of small subscriptions.

I was really misled by chat support
The chat support person gave me wrong information. I asked specifically what would happen if I couldn't pay the invoice right away, and they told me my service would stay fully working for a 14-day grace period. I planned to pay within those 14 days based on that. But just one day later, my hosting was turned off without any warning. Now all my websites are down and Google is re-checking them, which is really hurting my business and SEO. Right now, I don't even have an active card to pay because my new card is still coming from the bank. This kind of mistake from support is totally wrong and very unprofessional. Also, the hosting has always been very slow with lots of long outages. I'm extremely disappointed with both the support and how reliable the service is.
