It's not tech support, it's more like a confusing support bot
I got support, but it wasn't technical. It had trouble handling more than one question at a time. It couldn't switch gears when I wanted to try a different approach. It gave me wrong information and couldn't even correct itself. It claimed it wasn't AI. But it had ALL the signs of a confused AI stuck in a loop. I couldn't make it understand that it was being inconsistent about the DNS entries it was asking me to make, and then checking a different entry. Eventually I got it to use the same DNS entry, but it never really said sorry for being wrong and acted like that old problem didn't matter anymore. After that mess, it tried to get me to BUY support to install the certificate. Like I'd let some half-baked AI have full access to my server...
Frustrating verification and support that didn't help
We couldn't get past the business verification even though we're a real company with the right documents. I get that it needs to be secure, but this was way too rigid. The support replies felt like they were just copying and pasting and didn't actually address our specific problem, so we were stuck. Really disappointing.
