Good all over and the price is cheap. I think the website's look and how you use it could be better, but the main stuff works really great.

I think Webdock is honestly one of the best for cloud hosting that I've tried. Their servers are fast and you can rely on them. The thing that really makes them different is their support team, they're excellent and reply so quick. Whenever I had a question or a problem, they helped me fast and knew what they were doing. The control panel is also simple to use and makes handling the server easy. Overall, if you want high quality hosting and a support team that actually cares, Webdock is a really good pick.

it's reliable and the best part is the pay as you go thing, even if the payment fails the servers stay online for like 3 days so you have a chance to get your backups. also the support replies so fast, love you guys.

I've been using their services for a few years now and haven't had any problems, it's been steady and reliable the whole time. They give you full root access to the machine so you can control everything. Also, the setup is flexible: you can easily make the server bigger or smaller, add more RAM or CPUs, whatever you need. Another thing I like is the billing is fair. You only pay for what you actually use, and if you make the server smaller or free up resources, they give you credit back on the platform automatically. That credit can pay for your monthly bill, which is charged on the first of the month. So yeah, Webdock has stability, they're clear about everything, and the support is excellent, which makes it a solid pick if you want hosting that's flexible and you can depend on.

I needed to move a server from one of my accounts to another, I couldn't find the little arrows icon, so I asked the helpdesk about it. They replied right away, and everything went just perfect. The server got transferred immediately and kept all its settings, I couldn't have asked for anything better than that.

I've been using the cheapest server from Webdock.io for about a month now, and it's been running stable with no problems.
Compared to other big cloud companies, I haven't seen any difference really.

The only thing is Webdock.io doesn't have hourly billing where you pay for what you use, and I hope they can add that kind of pricing in the future.

It's really rare to find a service as perfect, easy to use, quick, and professional as Webdock. I'm not a programmer, and being able to use and look after a website through Webdock is so good it makes you want to donate if you had the money. I've only been with this VPS provider for a couple weeks, but I'm already really impressed by how good their service is. From the first setup to using it every day, everything has been easy, fast, and totally reliable. Getting a server ready took just minutes, and I was running without any problems. The performance has been great the whole time - fast responses, no lag, and enough power for what I need so far. Even better is their support team. I had a couple small questions at the start, and they replied almost instantly, were helpful, friendly, and obviously knew what they were doing. It's not common to get that level of support right from the beginning. Even though it's only been a few weeks, I'm already sure I made the right choice. I've never seen support as good as on this platform. The service is amazing.

Simple. Easy. Backups and snapshots happen on their own (love that!). Low cost and considering I get around 700mb download and upload speed on a 1gbps plan (small low spec VPS) I'm really impressed! I like how their website looks and their own custom panel, plus an iOS app. This definitely shows they're planning to be around a long time, I think.

Great performance, great price and great support. There's nothing not to like here.

I've had a small vps server for 4 months now with webdock, for some mail backup, mostly to see how stable it is. It's definitely been a positive experience, the internet connection is good with low ping times. I tried a similar vps service with an address in a baltic country and even though the server was physically in Ballerup the ping times were all over the place. I'm going to move more services over to webdock.

I tried many cheap vps providers for my personal wireguard server and most only got 100-150 mbps but not with webdock.io, I could max out my home internet connection using the full 1 gbps port they said they have.

Their amd epyc cpu on the bigger plans would definitely give very good performance for important business projects!
