Once again, I'm so glad Jose helped me with some VPS problems I couldn't fix myself. He was quick to find the answer and fixed it in under a minute. Honestly faster than other support I've seen. Very polite and gave calm replies. Also, the VPS performance might seem too good to be true for just 2.15 euro for 1 vCPU, 2GB RAM, 15 GB SSD and 1GB network speed, but it's more than enough for what I do. Thank you again, Webdock for your amazing performance and your staff!

It's good to doubt, but it's better to give it a try. Even though it was an unmanaged VPS, I still got full support and attention like it was a managed server. They even helped me install the control panel I wanted, I mean, zero setup fee, no hidden costs. For customer care? In fact, he became like my brother; he's always there to help. Ask for Jose anytime, any day, he's always active.

I think Webdock's server performance is good on their VPS, and they have some of the best prices for beginners. It's also super cheap. But I found some problems: the customer support is very bad and not professional. It took almost half a day for them to reply to a live support request. In the VPS section, they don't have some needed features, like changing the reverse DNS directly and seeing the server live status. While the dashboard colors are nice, the layout isn't designed professionally.

I've only been using Webdock for a little while, but so far it's been excellent. The server runs fast, setting it up was very easy, and the price is really good compared to other VPS companies. I also want to mention their customer support - they answered my questions quickly and were nice. If everything keeps working this well, it'll for sure be my main VPS service. For now, I'm very happy and would tell anyone looking for a cheap and efficient VPS to try it.

Their cloud vps hosting is highly recommended, the prices are cheap and the performance is very good!

This is by far the best hosting provider I have used for my servers. I have now been a customer since June 30th, 2023, and not a single time has any of my servers faced any downtime. The support is always nice and ready to help, and by far this is the best price-to-performance ratio I've ever had. It's cheap and very fast.

The service has been solid with 100% uptime, no CPU overloading problems, and always low ping. I also got a clean, dedicated IP address, which is a big plus.

I am an IT specialist with over 20 years experience. I just started with their Pico plan, the cheapest one. It was highly rated by several comparison sites, I mean Webdock itself. Of course, the Pico plan is only for Linux people like me and its limits could be a problem for many. Which is why I wanted to talk about Webdock itself. Let's look at connectivity and security: both 1x IPv4 and 1x IPv6 are there; 2-FA security is there; SSH via public key or password; on Debian it's a real pleasure to work with. Thank you

Awesome and cheap VPS servers, I'd suggest for new users that want to host game servers, get at least an EPYC processor with 2 cores. I did run into an unexpected problem where my account was temporarily blocked because of a false flag (maybe because I named a file flood.js). But the support team was fantastic—they fixed it and turned my account back on within 12 hours. Great service overall!

I'm their client around 3-4 months and the experience is great. I spent a lot time reading through bad reviews to see what I might have to deal with in the worst case and didn't find anything really bad so I chose them. I wish all the best to Webdock, great service! Totally recommend. Note: I didn't get & won't get anything for writing this review. UPD: I removed some part of my feedback that had some advice I wasn't even sure about. They're doing their best and I love how passionate they are about their service.

Some tech supports are fast, but Webdock was super fast. I needed help with my VPS and they fixed it in a couple minutes.
