Staff are friendly and so helpful much better than my old hosts and the cost of this service is cheap and with great performance!

I moved to Webdock from DigitalOcean and by accident bought the wrong VPS with a discount, the support team moved all my data to the correct one in a few hours and even applied the discount again, plus they refunded the extra money back to my account. What a good service, right?

I had to write about the customer service!!! So much more than I expected. Fantastic customer service, and must say: They got patience for helping new beginners! Cant wait to see and try out their products.

The support team is really fast and help with issues that come up. The reliability of the service is also at a high level.

I rented a VPS from this company. What I liked about the company: 1. Very competitive prices. 2. Big choice of VPS for every need. 3. Very detailed and clear documentation on how to set up a VPS and more. 4. High quality technical support. The last point is especially important to me. I ran into a technical problem and had to contact technical support. (The problem was not the company's fault) And I was pleasantly surprised how fast I got the first reply from support and how fast the problem was fixed. Thanks guys! It's a huge plus if you can contact technical support in a short time and solve the problem. Definitely recommend!

Webdock gave us some of the best customer service we ever had! They literally went out of their way to help us with a problem that had nothing to do with their actual services. The person even went to Google to look for answers. We couldn't believe it! We are so impressed that we will definitely do a lot of business with this company in the future.

Responded quickly. Helpful advice. Pretty cool that Webdock keeps automatic daily backups even for their cheapest servers.

No one asked me to leave a review, but I did. That happens very rarely for me, especially 5-star. I have been running a ~2.50$ VPS non-stop 24/7 for 3 months. Trust me when I say this. You have to go with this company if your budget is limited and you want good quality virtual private servers. That is the situation I am in. The support? Wonderful. I remember this: after asking why SSH wasn't working, they confirmed in 2 minutes it is working for them. I said I'll try and make it work on my side then. They insisted on me staying on live chat so they can help me investigate the issue. I doubt any other company, especially with this pricing would do something like that with absolutely zero interest whatsoever. This is a one of its kind hosting company, and I hope it stays that way. P.S Did I forget? No corporate BS whatsoever, all I see is passion

It was a real investigation like in the best movies. After bad tries and clues, we've found a solution and resolved a problem probably created by some of my actions.

Webdock is by far the easiest platform for managing Virtual Private Servers. I would rate with a 10 out of 10 for either beginners or advanced developers.
