Webdock Review

This has been my first support request with Webdock. I clicked on support from the menu on the home page. It was not clear that a chat request would be immediately answered, but it was. I had a issue about not being able to use the "sudo" command. My problem was quickly solved. The assistance was polite, quick and effective. Webdock offers a lot of documentation. I am not familiar with all the support resources that are available, but if a message board for basic support questions is not offered, I would suggest adding one.

I had problems with confirmation, but support solved my issue very quickly and professionally!

I love that Webdock lets users change CPU resources. But there are some areas where this web hosting provider needs to get better:
1) KVM-based servers are usually not available.
2) Their LXD servers had virtualization problems where apps read the wrong RAM & storage amounts. This can make running business apps with free versions that have resource limits difficult. A good example is LiteSpeed Enterprise's 2GB free version, which doesn't work with Webdock's LXD servers because it can't read the RAM given.
3) Webdock doesn't allow pre-paid and debit cards. Most banks outside North America and Europe give customers these cards instead of credit cards. Still, Webdock can't explain why they don't support pre-paid/debit cards.
4) PayPal is supported but you have to round up your bill to the nearest whole number to pay. For example, if your bill is $8.50, Webdock wants you to put in $9.00. This is silly, even if the $0.50 difference goes into your account.
5) You're only given 24 hours to pay your bill on the due date, usually on the first day of every month. Sometimes, payment methods can fail. Good luck if that happens on a non-banking day, like weekends and holidays. Webdock will destroy your server, and there is no way to get it back. Most hosts allow up to 3 three days to pay. I may not stay longer with this host.

Webdock is a great company. We were using VPS of A2hosting. They were also good till I have not found WebDock. While finding a company that offers easy upgrades, daily billing, 1GBPS port, I come across this company. Believe me, Webdock is far ahead and matches the current time requirements of the fast-growing internet like having its snapshot. Create servers like AWS as much as we want, easy SSL setup, Easy WordPress setup, almost everything is easy. Billing also starts after 24 hours which helps to decide things well of business. Overall, WebDock VPS is THE BEST than others who called them leaders of VPS and services. Their team understands your production, and business needs and go more than just the policy process to help you out.

Performance and pricing are unmatched. Control panel is intuitive and snapshots are much more generous that competitors. I'm moving all servers to Webdock, our clients have been happy so far.

Webdock gives you the best of both worlds, it's not expensive and the servers actually perform well. Another plus is they include a free SMTP service right on the server, which is hard to find at this price point or even higher.

The service is excellent, they're super quick when you need to spin up a new server. I'd definitely tell others to use them.

The support is nice and they think outside the box, the cloud plans are good value and competitive. My overall experience has been positive, you should check them out. Yesterday I had a problem with my bill and used the online chat. They got back to me in less than 12 hours, which was really fast!

I've been using Webdock's VPS since 2022 and the service and performance have been outstanding. For over a year now, it's constantly been better than I hoped. Signing up was straightforward. The interface is user-friendly and setting things up was easy for my needs. The guides and docs were really helpful and made moving over simple. What really stands out is how well the VPS runs. The uptime is consistently high and it's really fast. The servers are stable and reliable, so I can run my apps and sites without worry. The hardware is powerful and everything is optimized well. Also, the customer support is top-notch. Whenever I had a question or issue, the team replied quickly and knew exactly how to help. They're really good and willing to go the extra mile. The only downside is they mostly work Monday to Friday. So if you run into trouble over the weekend, you might have to wait until Monday.

As a wordpress developer, I've tried loads of servers and I can say and prove that webdock is a top tier vps provider, fast and stable. They offer everything a developer needs: a clean ui, a dedicated ip, ssh terminal, easy reinstall, technical support, up-to-date docs, all at a very cheap price. Honestly it seems too good to be true these days, but it is real! But webdock isn't perfect! Same like us, nobody's perfect, and that's normal. Even Amazon or Google aren't perfect at everything, tech always changes. We just need to ask and make sure what we really need, then we can get it. Lastly, I hope webdock can offer multi domain wordpress installation because it would be easier for non-technical people and we wouldn't need a hosting control panel. Sometimes you need to build sites for membership or multi-language websites.

Awesome! We moved from a bunch of well-known hosting companies and we're so happy we found our new favorite. The prices are really low compared to others, so you get way more performance at Webdock for the same money. The admin panel is simple but does the job. Support was helpful and replied super fast! I started using Webdock a few days ago. I made a new VPS, the smallest one, and put some personal projects there. Everything was fine until I tried to build a React app. Building Node apps needs a good amount of Ram, and it kept crashing. There was a problem with the swap memory setup. I contacted the team, and within 2 days they looked at it and fixed it. I was surprised it got fixed so quickly!

The servers are very fast, and they have different plans for different projects.

After getting hidden fees from AWS and being kicked off Oracle Cloud for no reason (I just had an empty site and a minecraft server), I can say webdock is straight forward, clear and simple. The dashboard is basic and the prices are really good compared to OVH or DigitalOcean. Thanks for this 2.5 euro VPS, it lets me do cheap tests and try new deployment tech.

Webdock gives an excellent experience. It has a practical user interface, you can deploy a service or website with some basic knowledge about Virtual Servers. Wordpress deployment is easy; the Linux images work right away. Security is a priority, you get 2FA for your account and for the servers. All services are covered: SSH, FTP, SFTP, MySQL. You get a web SSH terminal in their backend, and password login is off by default, so you have to set up a key pair. Connection is really fast; You get free ssd Snapshots, What more can I say, at first I was skeptical, but I was proven wrong, running a database without any headaches.
