Webdock Review

I have been looking for a good and cheap VPS server for over a month now, but I guess I found it. Been using their services for a week and I can say I am satisfied. Over the past 2 years I have used like 20+ Shared and Cloud hosting platforms, some were expensive and the cheap ones weren't powerful enough but I can safely say, Webdock gives the best value for money. Plus there support is very good, I had a couple of questions before buying and they replied almost instantly in their live chat. They also gave me a coupon code for 5$, so I basically got 1 month free. Overall one of the best hosting/VPS websites I have used.

The first and will be the last VPS provider I will work with , Fast servers deploying and also they have a great support team . I had some problems at first but when I contact their support I managed to solve these problems .The idea of unlimited traffic is very awesome.

Looking for a VPN hosting? I used webdock for selfhosting Pritunl/OpenVPN. Unlimited traffic and 1 gb/s speed at one place is rare option for 5 euros per month. There were issues with connection speed, but support figured it out, and now it's fast and stable. I am still using their server for my VPN in Finland, so I do recommend these guys.

I looked for a reliable VPS provider to move away from Hetzner and stumbled on Webdock. After using their service for a while, I am happy to say that Webdock is one of the best VPS providers I've tried. It has fast servers, excellent customer service and easy-to-use features that help me stay focused on my work without any hassles. I like Webdock's ability to control my server without requiring me to use the command line. Webdock offers a panel interface to manage your server, making it easier to manage and configure emails, SSL, backups, etc. The VPS plans are affordable and come with a ton of features. The only downside for me is the somewhat clunky panel interface, although intimidating. First, you can get used to it quickly. I would recommend the team improve on the UI of their panel.

I don't even know where to start from, these guys go overboard to make their clients happy, I am delighted to have joined them, no hosting company is perfect, but Webdock is the best.

Webdock is a Great vps Hoster , with a good support and with really good Prices.

Very happy with this service. They are one of the few VPS hosts that accept Paypal deposits, their plans are cheap and their deploy times are so far very fast. Takes around 2 minutes from creating a VPS to being able to SSH in, and upgrading to higher spec also took about the same. They let you suspend servers for free too. They don't support hourly on/off rates but that's not terrible. The user panel is also the best I've used so far.

I've gotten myself a 5 euro VPS, the performance seems really nice so far. I just wish the email integration was a bit better since it doesnt work (postmark), but apart from it, i've had no issues so far. The systems also seem well-priced.

Llevo poco tiempo con él, y no puedo opinar sobre tiempos de inactividad, pero lo relacionado con la calidad precio, no he encontrado nada igual aún, y he probado ya varias empresas en busca de la más económica. Me atrae el que ofrezcan un panel de control propio realmente completo y fácil de usar, que evita el tener que pagar licencias adicionales de Plesk o Cpanel para ello. Siempre he usado HestiaCP en mis servidores, pero ya no quiero mas tener instalados localmente paneles de control en cada uno de ellos consumiendo recursos y un panel de control web también es costoso. Lo único malo que he visto hasta ahora, pero que no tiene nada que ver con los servicios de esta empresa, es que su página web no está en español, y al no dominar el ingles me cuesta acostumbrarme a su uso. Voy a seguir probando el panel de control y el tiempo de actividad, después, completaré este comentario.

I've been hosting with Webdock for the last three months. What I find outstanding about them is the support. When I was getting started they were extremely helpful and always responded on time. I also think their service control panel is clean and user-friendly. It is easy to add resources to your server as you need them and the uptime and stability is good.

Fast support response and good/cheap vps service.

I came here right after being "mistreated" by another service (the one that started with "O"). I'm still talking with their team via support ticket hoping the problem can be fixed, but I'm not expecting much anymore. I thought maybe this is what happens when you pick a low-cost service. I am indeed looking for the lowest cost possible since this is just my personal project and for now it has no commercial value. And after so many attempts to get a low budget VPS and ending in disappointment, I wasn't expecting much from Webdock.io at first. But in less than 24 hours, everything changed. My hope came back and I got a new hope. For a budget that's still within my allocation, I get a clear UI, familiar server, great speeds and (hopefully) a responsive team. I managed to move my data from the old server in just 4 hours and finished it all just before the service time on my old VPS ran out. So far I'm happy and grateful I was able to get what I needed. In the future, I hope everything goes well and that whatever happens, I am sure we can talk and solve it together as good friends (because their team seems to be friendly people).

I'm very glad for chosing Webdock because it provides a great service with fast and reliable support team. VPS are customisable for your purposes and there are even some additional services on some plans. However, if you look for a 100% uptime and every outage has a huge affect on you, then you should be ready for downtime for about 1-2 hours per month (for servers in Canadian data center). But in general I recommend using this hoster!

I was able to choose a plan, OS, create a user for my first VPS in just 2 minutes. Dashboard is straightforward and useful, you can start an SSH session from a browser. Also support team is answering very fast.

Friendly interface and high speed.

I don't know a hosting with a great service and so low prices as Webdock have. For as little as 2,5€ you can get a perfect server, that can be used by beginners and those, who don't need to have any big projects on their server. There is also a plan of a server on IPv6 address only which is even cheaper! I highly recommend you to join Webdock if you want to save your money.

So far very happy with the Server performance ! these things are super lovely in Webdock: 1) Easy to use Control panel 2) the 24 hours demo, one can easily try the server for Free 3) Their billing method is simply awesome, For example: in case you paid for a package which is higher and then you chose another low cost package, they will simply return the remaining Balance. 4) Their Support Portal is fantastic, you can easily create and track your tickets. If you are someone looking for an affordable and quality VPS hosting, you must try Webdock! and Just a suggestion for the Webdock management, i would request you guys to make the "Technical" team available on the Chat support please, it takes longer when someone create a ticket for each issue. your technical team is always offline in the Chat support, which is not good. Rest you guys are really superb !
