Bad terms and terrible support
I've stuck with them since 2013. In 2025, they charged me early, so I disputed it. They used their terms to win and keep the cash while blocking service until I paid $80 extra. No sane person should go with Webhostingbuzz. Learned the hard way. Key bad parts in their terms: 1. Dispute a charge, they can shut down your account before it's settled, no data back. 2. $80 fee plus admin costs to restart. 3. No liability even if they're at fault. Quote: 'IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES...' Limit at $500 max. 4. Can't sue or join class actions, forced arbitration. 5. Support bullies you to drop complaints by threatening data deletion. Risky service.
Crazy price hike
Crazy price hike. They bumped rates for longtime users by 25% for no good reason. Not the first time either.

Been with WebHostingBuzz years, no issues, always quick, nice, and polite. They mentioned a rate bump, so I checked GoDaddy's promo. Big mistake!
GoDaddy charge extra for everything, support's offshore now, spent 12+ hours over days, transferred to 7 folks, still no migration for one site. Wanted $199 to retry.
Domains cost more too: $21.99 vs $14.99 here. For 10 domains, that's $70 extra yearly.

Unfair price jump
20 years ago, made a tiny site for fun. Kept it on basic plan, few pages, no space used. Bronze plan went to $61/year! Now email says for reliability etc., 25% increase to $76/year. They can shove it. I'm done.
