I've been with WebHostingPad for over 15 years!
I signed up first because of their great signup offer. A long time ago, support was good, but a bit slow; I thought "you get what you pay for" and since my hosting was for personal use, it was fine.
But, in the last 5-10 years maybe, they've gotten much better. Besides adding online chat, response times for support (billing and tech) has been very quick, helpful and professional. And pricing, while not as low as the first signup deals (which is normal in this business, so I don't blame WHP), is still very good.
I had to move to a smaller plan this year because my needs changed. Again, the level of support and professionalism was great, and the data move was done fast with no problems.
I can easily recommend WebHostingPad to anyone. They're a real pleasure to deal with.

I was really impressed by the support from Tom G. at Webhostingpad.com. I had a weird email setup problem that he fixed for me. Not only did he solve it, but he took time to explain why I had the problem in the first place. This kind of support was more than I expected. Often, with a budget service, you get bad service and support. That's NOT true with Webhostingpad.com.

Amazing Support Team
WebHostingPad.com support team is amazing, 5 minutes is the longest I've ever waited for a reply to any of my questions. They have always been super willing to fix any of my website problems, even non-host related stuff, like finding and fixing bad code. I host all my sites through Webhostingpad.com because their support service is perfect. They are great!!

Not a good experience
I've been using their hosting for a few months now, and ever since I've had very slow loading on their server. Worse, my websites keep going down, and customers can't use them. I have no access to my websites, and they are down right now. I contacted support on Friday, and they still haven't replied. My experience has been bad, and I wouldn't tell others to use them.
I was with Blue Host for 5 years, on a shared server with the same 2 active sites and 1 inactive site, and never had this kind of problem with slow speed and so much down time. I left that host because the renewal cost was too high. The other host before you told me they could handle the websites, and I bought their big plan with unlimited space, which turned out to be a lie just like you! I bought a 5-year hosting plan from you with the power plan plus package that says unlimited space, so how am I using up resources that caused downtime and slow speed? When, really, you are selling a service you can't provide and then have the nerve to blame the customer. You are now saying you have limited resources after you took my MONEY! Your reply shows the poor customer service you really give. I'm still waiting for the hosting password to access the account so I can move my sites.
Note to others:
Some things they don't tell customers about until after they buy. I lost all my emails when they moved the websites, and they didn't think it was important to tell me they don't transfer emails until after the move. So, for those who have important emails they don't want to lose, save yourself the headache. I wish I had known before, because I wouldn't have bought the package.
I host two domains with them…
I've hosted two of my three web domains with Webhosting Pad for years. After big problems with the third one, with another company, I'm moving it to Web Hosting Pad too. Their people are amazing. They are willing to do more than expected to help. They are always clear, patient, and available to help. Plus, their prices are lower than most. I recommend them highly and without any doubt.

I got help very quickly with updating my php version. I had not been able to find the menu option I needed without help.
Watch out for their company policy…
Watch out for the company policy now, when you are a new customer they will serve you well.
When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue,
The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain because i know it is a shared server and this happens.
But to sell more now they are tricking us and asking to buy more space and nodes
The reply time is awesome
The reply time when you send a ticket using the support “tab” from the home page of your dashboard is awesome. Not only do you get an email that your ticket was received, the time it takes to fix your issue or question is super fast.
I had a bandwidth spike that stopped my website…
I had a bandwidth spike problem that caused website and FTP to stop and called for help very late at night. The support staff replied right away and helped me set up a Cloudflare.com account to watch future website download traffic. We went through the process step by step until the problems were finally fixed at 2:47AM. Now my website and FTP are working fine. Many thanks to Webhostingpad’s support staff!

I'm not the smartest person when it comes to managing my domains or websites, but, whenever I have any problems all I have to do is send a ticket to the support staff at Webhostingpad. They are fast to reply and never make me feel stupid, more than that, they always fix my problems quickly.

I got two emails from my coworkers this morning, saying the two websites are not working. I immediately wrote to the support team to explain the problem. The team and I exchanged many emails. I was very impressed by how fast they worked and how they found the reasons for the problems in such a short time. Especially, I was given possible solutions and possible results, so I got a chance to learn more. The service was really excellent.
