DNS and SSL Problems
I had problems with one of my domains installing an update of my plugins, I started a chat with Web Hosting Pad technical support and Kenny answered me, I told him my problem, since lately I have had the same error, I want to say that his attention was excellent and correct, she even went beyond to fix the problem, and it is very satisfying to know that you can call or start a chat and you will be helped, in almost all the cases that I have started a chat my problem is solved or escalated in case that it is something more serious, even so, it is solved, I have been with them for several years and I will continue using it, I am very pleased and I highly recommend it

I've been a WebHostingPad.com customer for many years. What first got me was the price, and while their price is still a great deal, what keeps me there is their customer service and support. Their support people are always fast, professional, patient, and correct, whether working on a support ticket, a chat, or a phone call. Their instructions are clear, and often include pictures along with written help.
I recently put three hosting plans into one account to both save money and time. I know very little about how my websites actually work and what is needed to make them run, and the people who helped me with this never made me feel like I didn't know things I should have known. They answered my questions fully and politely. I am glad to know they have employees like them, and I'm glad to recommend WebHostingPad to others.
Webhostingpad Not Good at Best or Worst!
Webhostingpad has got to be one of the worst hosting companies. I say this sadly as they are an American company (Pretty sure). They have decent prices and that is the trap that brings people in.
Their support is unhelpful and rude. They brag about 99% uptime but I had endless sites down all the time, I would contact them and they were completely unaware until I told them, you'd think they had alarms set up. They are the best at saying that's not my job and leaving you stuck. Email through them is far from okay.
You have many options for Hosting services, this should not be on your short list. Do your research.

We had a problem getting email for our account. I opened a chat session to find out about the problem. We had some sort of attempt to access the account with wrong password too many times and it locked the account. I verified we changed the password, the lock was removed and it worked great again. It is good to see the system locks accounts when it looks like bad activity is happening. It is also nice to get it unlocked easily.

WebHostingPad is awesome! I had a problem with one of my websites settings. I got on Chat with "Ron" who was fantastic! Within a couple minutes he figured out what I needed and gave me easy instructions and got it fixed! It is SO NICE to deal with Support people that know what they are doing, and Ron is/was great!

Best experience I have had in a long time
I know customer service. I've been in the business for 30 yrs.
Yesterday I was trying to connect 2 domains to my account. The domain name company wouldn't help, the SSL company did have a chat on a community for help.
But webhostingpad had a chat and both Henry and Jeremy were very helpful. Each worked on one of the domains and finally, after 16 hours of trying to fix the issue with different providers, both domains are up and working.
I just want to say "thank you" to Henry, Jeremy and the webhostingpad team.

I am not happy with WebHostingPad, Compare to other hosting companies,
you do not keep free Backup, Free SSL certificate for domains & sub-domains, and free Automatic Daily Malware Scan for server. Price is also high.

CPanel Problem
I had a problem logging into my cPanel so I reached out to support via chat. I was answered in less than a minute by Neal. He was polite, understood the issue right away, and had it fixed in less than five minutes. Wonderful customer service.

Great for many years
I have been a customer since early 2012, when I made a website for my husband's hobby-business. This week, after looking at over 20 hosting companies, I moved a 501c website to them. I have used their tech support several times over the years, but especially this week as I needed help with the move. Their replies are quick and helpful. Their prices are excellent. I'm on a shared account, and it includes free SSL and a Weebly website builder among other things.

My experience with Jacob was not normal for the typical support received on WHP support chat.
Most of the time when I use the chat, I get more upset than I was before I chatted because the agents are not helpful, they treat me as if they don't care whether my 3 sites hosted by WHP are live or not. They often don't "understand" what help I am asking for, language problem???

We have used WebHostingPad for a number of years and have had excellent service and it has been a good experience.
The tech support has been responsive and helpful. My most recent experience using chat worked very well and gave me the information that I was looking for.
We use RVsitebuilder to build and keep our webpages. It is not the best web builder there is but it is okay, especially if your pages don't change much. If you make a lot of edits then the source code gets full of extra and duplicate html code. But it is fairly easy to clean this up using some other html coding tools.
Overall it has been a good experience!

I'm so happy to recommend WebHostingPad for many reasons, I'll list some, every time I've called for support there is one person on the phone to help me with my issues, and 99% of the time the issue is solved on the call, the other 1% I've been moved to another level, in a couple of hours I'm getting an email with a solution or idea on how to solve my issue, been with them for several years, hosting maybe 10 domains, using WP on all of them, can't complain at all, and as far as price, could not find better, my Cpanel is very easy to use and set up, so far, customer service, ease of use and price is perfect for me.
